Willy Trullas Moreno is the Spanish chef who has worked tirelessly to bring the best of Spanish cuisine to Chinese customers. His restaurants El Willy and Elefante “have made him synonymous with upscale Spanish dining in Shanghai”, according to an article on smartshanghai.com.
But now the chef is venturing into a different segment, the “everyday bar”, a place you can go once, twice, or three times a week. To that end, he created Tomatito, which just recently opened its doors. The restaurant is in Taixing Lu, a buzzing area of Shanghai that is home to many new interesting eateries and bars.
